1. Where do you ship from?

We work with global suppliers, so your order may be shipped from different warehouses worldwide, including the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and shipping typically takes 3-14 business days, depending on your location. Some items may arrive sooner or longer.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 5-7 days for tracking updates to appear.

4. What if my order is delayed?

Shipping delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. If your order has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us for assistance.

5. What is your return policy?

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once processed, they cannot be changed.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Do you offer refunds?

Yes, refunds are issued for eligible returns, order cancellations (within 24 hours), or damaged/incorrect items. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless it’s our error.

9. Do you ship internationally?
