Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Items must be free from damage (unless the item arrived damaged or defective).
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Final sale & clearance items
  • Personalized/custom items
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Intimate or sanitary products (e.g., earrings, underwear)

2. How to Request a Return

2. Provide your order number and photos if the item is damaged or defective.
3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
4. After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process a refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

1. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after receiving your return.
2. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a store error or a defective item.

4. Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or a replacement for a defective item:

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the item is out of stock, we may offer a refund or store credit.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check with your bank or payment provider (processing times may vary).
